In this regard, Kimia Samaneh Sabz Company (Amolon) has taken a small step in this direction by producing disposable plant-based containers and is trying to provide excellent services in protecting the environment and the health of our compatriots with the growth of this industry in the near future.
The history of Amelon
Kimia Samaneh Sabz Company (private joint stock company) was established in 2006 with the trade name Amolon and the slogan “Green Earth, Healthy Human” with the aim of producing herbal disposable products. Its first factory, located on a land area of 5,530 square meters in the Shokohiyeh Industrial Town of Qom, came into operation in 2008.
Development Path
The growth and development of Kimia Samaneh Sabz began in 2011, and so far it has been able to achieve significant honors and successes and take great strides in expanding the fledgling industry.

Where we stand now
Relying on God’s eternal grace, adopting targeted strategies and drawing the right roadmap, utilizing the capacities and capabilities of domestic experts, along with the efforts and struggles of the company’s hardworking personnel and workers, has led to the company’s development on the right and rapid path, so that today this company is the largest manufacturer of vegetable disposable containers and the only exporter of this product.
Perspective
Given the growing awareness of society about the harms of plastic materials and the greater acceptance of plant-based disposable containers, the company has decided to increase production capacity and diversify its products. With this strategy, the implementation of the plan to develop a plant-based disposable tableware production complex on a land area of more than 26,100 and an infrastructure of 28,300 square meters in the second phase of Shokohiyeh town in Qom began in 2010. It is hoped that by exploiting this plan in the very near future, in addition to creating direct employment for 350 people, it will also gain the honor of being the largest plant-based disposable tableware producer in the Middle East with a capacity of 16,000 tons per year.
